Description

A commission for my dear friend ravekitten of her character Ferris.  She has water powers so I wanted it to be reminiscent of her being under water, without her actually being under water!  So I gave her hair blowing about her and used lots of blues.

Done in Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom tablet
